A meeting was held on 12th February, 2019 in the conference room of ICMR-NIOH, Ahmedabad at 6:30 pm for the assessment of ENVIS RP, hosted at ICMR – National Institute of Occupational Health Ahmedabad, and to know the status of GSDP course. Dr. Anandi Subramanian, Principal Advisor, and Shri Kumar Rajnish, National Programme Coordinator, were the representatives from the MoEF&CC, Govt. of India. The meeting started with the welcome address by Dr. Kamalesh Sarkar, Director, ICMR-NIOH Ahmedabad. He has also informed the Principal Advisor and National Programme Coordinator, about the activities and research areas of ICMR-NIOH, Ahmedabad. Dr. Mamta Purohit, Programme Officer, briefed about ENVIS RP activities and the status of the GSDP course. The work on NES and GRIDSS was explained by Information Officer Mr. Pradeep Rajput. Dr. Anandi Subramanian, Principal Advisor, gave very useful suggestions during the meeting.
